Chef Gynna speaks fluent English & Spanish. She studied Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Phoenix and has been cooking professionally since she was 15 years old. Chef Gynna’s passion is the kitchen, and therefore turned her passion into her professional career.


Chef Gynna is known to cook just about anything, but is known for her exceptional and exquisite Thai Mexican Fusion Cuisine. After traveling to Thailand and studying Thai cuisine she realized that Thai and Mexican cuisine have many ingredients in common, and therefore created Thai Mexican Fusion Cuisine. Apart from Thai-Mex Fusion she also cooks delicious Mayan Cuisine as well as traditional Mexican cuisine. Gynna has an art at combing ingredients to bring flavors that taste like a party to your taste buds.

Charro Beans a Mexican tradition, thick bean soup with chorizo, bacon, sausage

Cold Cream of Avocado & Cucumber Soup fresh and delicious, can substitute cream with yogurt for a lighter dish

Roquefort & Chipotle Soup not spicy to as spicy as you’d like it

Chicken Pozole another Mexican tradition, chicken broth and tomato base with hominy and mix-ins

Mixed Seafood Ceviche this is Mexico’s seafood salad, EXCUISITE!

Shrimp Satay - 3 jumbo shrimp on skewers served with satay sauce (peanut & tamarind) add $5usd/person

Beef Satay – 3 skewers of the softest arrachera meat, served with satay sauce add $5usd/person
