Little Mexican Cooking School

Last week, I was invited to attend a class at "The Little Mexican Cooking School" in Puerto Morelos, something I had been looking forward to since the inception of the school in the fall of 2009. Hosted by Catriona Brown, the eight students, including myself, were introduced to the traditional ingredients and cooking methods of Mexican cuisine by Master Chef Claudia Garcia Ramos de Celis throughout the course of our six-hour day. The class was informative and thoroughly enjoyable and I highly recommend this as an excursion for both Riviera Maya locals and visitors alike. Read more here….
